Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell your personal information

Marimo does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not run advertising or engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of targeted advertising.

We use a small number of analytics tools (for example, PostHog) to understand product usage. Depending on how the term is interpreted, some of these interactions may fall within the CCPA definition of “sharing.” The mechanism below ensures you can opt out of that at any time, with no action required on your part beyond configuring your browser.

Automatic opt-out via Global Privacy Control

We automatically honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal across marimo.io and molab. California, Colorado, and Connecticut (among others) recognize GPC as a valid opt-out signal under their privacy laws.

If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a binding opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information. No further action is required from you, and we will not ask you to confirm the request.

Browsers and extensions that support GPC include Firefox, Brave, DuckDuckGo, and the Privacy Badger and OptMeowt extensions. See the GPC site for the current list.

Other privacy rights

For rights that require us to take action on your behalf — access, deletion, correction, or portability — see our Data requests page. For the full description of how we handle personal data, see the CoreWeave Privacy Policy.

We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.
